PROJECT DISCOVERY
The first step in our process is the most critical, getting to know you and your needs so that we can deliver the best solution possible. During this step we begin to forge our relationship and sculpt the project parameters. We begin with gathering all pertinent information to building out the scope of the project. Once we have our scope and it is clearly communicated and agreed upon by both parties, our estimation team works on creating a detailed line-itemed estimate with the assumed specifications, a project timeline and budget.
The estimate is reviewed in detail and a contract prepared. Once the contract is signed, we have a project kick-off meeting with your team and ours. We will introduce you and your team to our project managers, engineers and the superintendent if available. From there we set up time to do investigatory work such as geo-technical work, a laser survey to take measurements (and build a 3-d model of the site), etc.
ENGINEERING YOUR DESIGN
With finalized scope in hand, we design options that fulfill your project goals and present them to you in a 3D model. At this point we review, make tweaks and sculpt away until the design is finalized and complete. We then create construction documents and schedule time to meet with our production team to review and communicate the plans in detail to ensure it is built correctly. By having clear communication upfront we reduce the chances for errors and change orders down the road.
CONSTRUCTION & MANAGEMENT
The design comes to life before your eyes. Our in-house team of commercial construction experts do everything from steel framing fabrication to installation and paint. Our projects are meticulously managed, and you receive daily updates on the progress of your project. When bumps on the road occur, they are communicated to you with solutions in-hand, and we do not move forward without your green light.
