Steve Hawkins, Owner and Founder of Hawk EPC has been successfully stationed at the helm of Hawk for over 30 years. Having natural mechanical aptitude combined with an insatiable appetite for solving problems, Steve has had the vision to not only lead his company but grow it in size and strength to the 200+ team it is today.
Steve entered the industry with a small team focused on general facility work. Throughout the years working in various plants and manufacturing facilities the Hawk team has become experts in what it takes to build a smooth running plant. Thoroughly enjoying the work and complexities of manufacturing, they cemented the business and established their brand. Steve and his wife Kathy originally named the business Hawk Installation and Construction. The Hawk represents the legacy of Hawkins family and also is a symbol of keen eyes and meticulous focus. As the business grew, Steve came to the realization that to truly provide high quality and timely services he needed to control all aspects of the trades in-house.

Initially Steve added a team of electricians and tradesmen followed by fabrication, machining, other hard and soft trades. Now Hawk offers everything from rigging and civil work to engineering in-house for a truly turn-key solution to his clients. No more dealing with subcontractors. Presently, Hawk EPC operates a team of 200+ employees which has not only brought quality jobs back to many smalltown Americans but has also built structures that bring manufacturing jobs back to the USA. Hawk EPC’s growing portfolio of clients include well-known businesses such as NASA, Baker Hughes and other Fortune 500 companies.
